Antenna guys aren't quite normal (part 2)....

This is a 2 meter & 440 Mhz amateur hand held radio. It was real expensive. It usually worked pretty good. But I would inadvertently hit the wrong buttons changing modes, frequencies, scan modes, memories banks, auto scan, auto select scanning, program enable, date transfer option, data select enable, current account ballance select, auto Jam enable function, TILT-O-Matic fuctiuon, Oil low indication, satellite data link download select and GPS present position coordinates, and a few other functions.

One day as I was talking to the local ham radio enthusiasts on a 440 frequency. I had the HT in my shirt pocket, and heard the HT go Beep Beep Beep, meaning something had changed, some how I could not get back to my operating frequency, then the battery went dead. I hate that when it out smarts me!

A local ham offered me $300 for it. But I got a lot more satisfaction from reseting its hardware and software configuration in Mr Band Saw.

This is Mr. Band Saw. It made a bazillion cuts. It quit quit working. I don't think the bullet holes are visible in the photo.

Well, that didn't work very well...

Children that should have been sold on E-Bay, years ago. (Humor) But, ok I'll keep em! This is the son Kyle on the right and newphew Neil on the left. I am sure you can imagine the stuff these guys broke or set on fire when they where younger. I am still finding tools buried in the dirt out back behind the barn...like my $39 hammer I bought back in 1989!
